Kinsey and her team at Right as Rayne events was our event planner and coordinator for my nonprofit BCC Evolution's Annual Gala this year on Feb 20th, 2021. Her and her team did an outstanding job.
With all the closures this last year we were not sure if we would be able to have a live in person event, so the amount of time to pull this off was very short. Kinsey asked a whole bunch of questions and ran with it which is exactly what I needed. She was on top of promoting the event, getting media coverage, corporate sponsors, booked a photography, communicated with the event location and made connections with businesses that helped significantly.
This is the first time I have ever had an event coordinator for any of my events. In the past myself and my board have done it all, however the professionalism and knowledge that Kinsey and her team brought to the table was exception and made this event the least stressful event I have ever done in the past 3 years. The event was a masquerade ball which ended up being glamorous and an incredible night to remember with Right as Rayne events help. I am so glad that I was able to bring them on board. Kinsey and her team are very organized, knowledgeable, hard working, prompt, responsive and I would highly recommend them for any corporate or nonprofit events. I will definitely be using Right as Rayne Events for our future events.
